【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationsupplementstherequirementsofENISO/IEC17025:2005,andissuitableforthedemonstrationofcompetenceoflaboratoriesthatundertakeperiodicmeasurementofemissionsfromstationarysourcesincluding?thetakingofrepresentativesamplesofemissionsandsubsequentlaboratoryanalysisforgasesandforparticulatespecies,?thedeterminationofreferencequantitiessuchastemperature,pressure,watervapourandoxygencontentinthefieldand?theuseofportableinstruments(suchashandheldinstrumentsandtransportableinstrumentsusedinmobilelaboratories)inthefield.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisapplicabletoalllaboratoriesundertakingtheperiodicmeasurementofemissionsfromstationarysources,thecalibrationofinstalledautomatedmeasuringsystemsinaccordancewithEN14181:2004and/orthefieldtestingofautomatedmeasuringsystemsforconformityassessmentpurposes.
