【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementforexpandedperliteproductswhichareusedforin-situthermalinsulationofbuildingequipmentandindustrialinstallationswithanoperatingtemperatureintherangeofapproximately–270oCto+650oC.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforthefourtypesofexpandedperliteproducts,PerliteAggregate(EPA),CoatedPerlite(EPC),HydrophobicPerlite(EPH)andPremixedPerlite(EPM),containinglessthan1%bymassorganicmaterialasdeterminedbyAnnexCinEN15599-1:2010.ThisEuropeanStandardisaspecificationfortheinstalledproducts.ThisEuropeanStandardalsospecifiesthechecksandtestprocedurestobeusedforthedeclarationmadebytheinstalleroftheproduct.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotspecifytherequiredlevelofallpropertiestobeachievedbyaproducttodemonstratefitnessforpurposeinaparticularapplication.Therequiredlevelsaretobefoundinregulationsornon-conflictingstandards.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincludefactorymadeinsulationproductsofformedshapesandboardsmadewithexpandedperlite.TheproductscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardarenotintendedtobeusedprimarilyforairbornesoundinsulationorsoundabsorptionapplicationsalthoughtheymayimprovetheperformanceoftheinstallationintheserespectswheninstalledfortheirprimaryinsulationintendeduse.
