【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesingreaterdetailmanagementoftheMaintenanceProcessdescribedinISO/IEC12207.ThisInternationalStandardalsoestablishesdefinitionsforthevarioustypesofmaintenance.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidancethatappliestoplanning,executionandcontrol,reviewandevaluation,andclosureofthemaintenanceprocess.Thescopeincludesmaintenanceformultiplesoftwareproductswiththesamemaintenanceresources."Maintenance'inthisInternationalStandardmeanssoftwaremaintenanceunlessotherwisestated.ThisInternationalStandardprovidestheframeworkwithinwhichgenericandspecificsoftwaremaintenanceplansmaybeexecuted,evaluated,andtailoredtothescopeandmagnitudeofgivensoftwareproducts.ThisInternationalStandardprovidestheframework,preciseterminology,andprocessestoallowtheconsistentapplicationoftechnology(tools,techniques,andmethods)tosoftwaremaintenance.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidanceforthemaintenanceofsoftware.ThebasisfortheMaintenanceProcessanditsactivitiescomesfromthedefinitionsofISO/IEC12207.Itdefinestheactivitiesandtasksofsoftwaremaintenance,andprovidesmaintenanceplanningrequirements.Itdoesnotaddresstheoperationofsoftwareandtheoperationalfunctions,e.g.,backup,recovery,systemadministration,whicharenormallyperformedbythosewhooperatethesoftware.ThisInternationalStandardiswrittenprimarilyformaintainersofsoftwareandadditionallyforthoseresponsiblefordevelopmentandqualityassurance.Itmayalsobeusedbyacquirersandusersofsystemscontainingsoftwarewhomayprovideinputstothemaintenanceplan.1PurposeThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidanceonthemanagementof(orhowtoperform)themaintenanceprocess.ItidentifieshowtheMaintenanceProcesscanbeinvokedduringacquisitionandoperation.2FieldofapplicationThisInternationalStandardisintendedtoprovideguidancefortheplanningforandmaintenanceofsoftwareproductsorservices,whetherperformedinternallyorexternallytoanorganization.Itisnotintendedtoapplytotheoperationofthesoftware.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedtoprovideguidancefortwo-partysituationsandmaybeequallyappliedwherethetwopartiesarefromthesameorganization.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedtoalsobeusedbyasinglepartyasself-imposedtasks(ISO/IEC12207).ThisInternationalStandardisnotintendedforusersofoff-the-shelfsoftwareproductsunlessincorporatedintoadeliverableproduct(ISO/IEC12207).Forexample,organizationsmaywishtousethisInternationalStandardwhenmaintainingwordprocessingtemplatesormacrosusedacrosstheorganization.ThisInternationalStandardisnotintendedforsoftwareproductsthatare"throw-away"ora"short-term"solution.Itisintendedforself-impositionbydevelopersofoff-the-shelfsoftwareproductstomaintainsuchproducts.Itisnotintendedforsoftwareproductscustomizedbyusersandproductsmaintainedasend-userapplications.Maintenanceisappliedtocomputerprograms,code,data,anddocumentation.Itisintendedtoapplytosoftwareproductscreatedduringthedevelopmentofthesoftwareproduct.Thismayincludesuchthingsasthetestsoftware,testdatabases,theSoftwareTestEnvironment(STE),ortheSoftwareEngineeringEnvironment(SEE).ThisInternationalStandardisintendedforuseinallmaintenanceefforts,regardlessofthelifecyclemodel(e.g.,incremental,waterfall,evolutionary)ortheapproachusedindevelopment(e.g.,RapidApplication,prototype,mock-up).3LimitationsThisInternationalStandarddescribestheframeworkoftheSoftwareMaintenanceProcessbutdoesnotspecifythedetailsofhowtoimplementorperformtheactivitiesandtasksincludedintheprocess.InthisInternationalStandard,thereareanumberoflists.None
